Fees
 
Services are provided on a fee for service basis.  The fee for psychotherapy services is $145.00 per 50 minute session. 
 
Insurance and Billing Policy
 
Clients are responsible for all fees.  Payment is appreciated at the time of service.
 
For a number of years this practice participated with a number of insurance plans.  The relationship with health insurance companies would often prove to be an obstacle in the delivery of appropriate treatment.  Due to unreasonable fee schedules and the restrictive nature of treatment policies imposed by health plans and managed care, this office does not currently participate as an in- network provider for insurance plans. A billing statement will be provided to clients, on a monthly basis, to assist in the submission of claims for reimbursement to the client.  It is the responsibility of the client to submit claims for reimbursement.
 
This office will complete the necessary treatment plans when  requested by either the insurance plan or the client in order to facilitate reimbursement to the client. 
 
Cancellation Policy
 
Clients are held responsible for the full session fee when appointments are broken or cancelled without 24 hour notice.
