About Me
Mr. Rosenbaum is a family and couple therapist, in private practice, in Owings Mills, Maryland.  He received his Baccalaureate of Science degree in Psychology from the State University of New York College at Cortland, in Cortland, New York.  He possesses Masters of Science degrees in Special Education and Clinical Social Work from Hofstra University and the University of Maryland School of Social Work, respectively. 
 
Mr. Rosenbaum has been practicing for 25 years and has experience in inpatient, outpatient and emergency psychiatry.  He is on the faculty at the University of Maryland School of Social Work where he teaches courses in family therapy and group therapy.  He has provided supervision and consultation to individual practitioners and family service agencies.
 
In addition to his general family therapy practice, Mr. Rosenbaum has developed a specialty in working with clients with eating disorders, and their families.  He spent nine years as the family therapy consultant for the Center for Eating Disorders in Towson, Maryland; and is the founding director of the Eating Disorder Consortium of Baltimore.
